I count many very successful people from my days at the pool, many doctors (Medical and Phil), lawyers. geers, C level executives. The list can go on. UBC recognized the value of athletics to turning out good Alumni, long ago and have been working hard at promoting sport. My career as a CIO is mostly because of the lessons I learned from sport, not entirely from my BA in Archaeology Good Rant Callum.
